Project Overview

A state college needed this project to be completed within a tight one-week window over spring break, which meant every phase had to move quickly and stay coordinated.

Springfield Striping & Sealing removed more than 50 truckloads of damaged pavement to prepare the site for repair. Because of poor subgrade conditions, the team installed stabilization fabric before adding base rock and patching the affected areas. From there, the project moved into a 550-ton asphalt overlay to restore the lot and create a stronger, more uniform finished surface. After the overlay was complete, the team returned to pour a new dumpster pad and finish the final concrete work.

The result was a fast-turn campus improvement project that addressed underlying site issues, restored pavement performance, and delivered upgraded surfaces before students returned.
