Project Overview

The existing asphalt at American Glass was failing across the board, alligatoring (cracking into a pattern that resembles alligator skin), breaking apart, and pumping water with every pass. Clear signs the base was no longer holding up and the pavement had reached the end of its life. A full replacement was the only fix, and the client needed it done quickly without shutting down their business.

Springfield Striping & Sealing removed the old asphalt, regraded the site to correct the drainage problems, and prepared the base for five inches of new asphalt. Once the paving was complete, the crew restriped the lot, giving drivers clarity and a more organized space to park. The entire project, demolition through final striping, was completed in only 24 hours.

The result was a rebuilt surface that solved their structural and drainage problems for good and delivered on a timeline that kept the business up and running.
