What started as a grassy, wooded area became a fully installed 92,000-square-foot parking lot in just one week.

In the third week of June, Springfield Striping & Sealing was brought in with a tight deadline: clear the site, prepare the ground, install the lot, and have it ready by the Friday before the Fourth of July. The team moved quickly, handling clearing, subgrade preparation, base rock installation, asphalt paving, and striping on an accelerated schedule.

The result was a fast-turn project completed under pressure without cutting corners, giving the property the overflow parking capacity it needed ahead of a major holiday rush.
